Competent training of young employees to qualified professionals provides an important contribution both to society and their future progress. As an established training company we take this task extremely seriouslyand are delighted to also assume responsibilities in this area.
With a 10% ratio of trainees working for six different trade qualifications, we produce well-trained junior staff for the paper industry and for trade and industry as a whole. In training young people we are simultaneously making an important long-term contribution to our own personnel planning, while also securing qualified jobs.
We know that sound human resource development begins at the vocational training stage.
